Ashley Beagle is a fiercely dedicated Senior Attorney at Omega Law Group, PC. Her mission is to pursue justice for the injured and hold defendants, businesses and insurance companies accountable.

Ashley’s extensive litigation experience includes motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injury, products liability, premises liability/slip-and-falls, construction site accidents, amusement park accidents, wildfire and fire claims. She regularly handles high exposure catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful death, amputation, and traumatic brain injury claims. Ashley also handles a variety of employment matters including wrongful termination, wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, disability, sexual harassment, and class actions. This includes pre-litigation investigation, claim assessment and filing, and litigation of claims in court and in arbitration.

Ashley fiercely advocates for her clients and brings to each matter a thoughtful resolution strategy tailored to achieve the best results for the client. Ashley regularly practices in state and federal court and has successfully represented clients at arbitration and trial, including securing a multi-million dollar jury verdict in a high-profile subrogation matter and securing a favorable verdict in a multi-million dollar products liability matter.

Before joining Omega Law Group, PC, Ashley worked at an insurance defense firm learning the ins and outs of the defense and insurance mindset. She left the defense side in favor of plaintiff’s work, seeking justice for the injured and to fight for those who were truly deserving.
