Shahab is an experienced and relentless advocate for his clients. Prior to joining Omega Law Group, Shahab gained valuable trial experience as a Deputy Public Defender in the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. During his years at the Public Defender’s Office, Shahab litigated countless criminal cases, gaining invaluable experience in jury trials, court trials and evidentiary hearings in felony and misdemeanor cases. Shahab also worked within the dependency system, fighting for the rights of parents and families in jurisdictional dispositional hearings, review hearings and selection and implementation hearings.
Since entering civil practice in 2014, Shahab has dedicated 100% of his practice to representing injury victims. Shahab is the lead trial attorney at Omega Law Group, PC and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers-Top 100 Trial Lawyers and admitted into the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club.
