Tiffany Romo

Omega Law Group Attorney

Tiffany is an employment attorney at Omega Law Group. She attended California State University Northridge, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduating from CSUN, Tiffany attended Southwestern Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. During her time in law school, Tiffany was a student advocate for various legal clinics including the Immigration Law Clinic and the Community Lawyering Clinic, where she provided free legal representation to individuals seeking humanitarian immigration aid.

Tiffany was a recipient of several Witkin awards and CALI Excellence for the Future awards and achieved recognition as a Brief Writer Finalist in the 2021 Trial Advocacy Intramural Competition.

Tiffany has worked in the law for over eight years and has found her passion in protecting workers’ rights. Tiffany understands how important employment is to people’s lives and is committed to ensuring justice for wronged employees by navigating complex employment issues such as discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
