ASHLEY LAIKEN

Ashley Laiken is a Senior Attorney at Omega Law Group. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2005 and earned her law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2010. She began her legal career as a defense attorney and worked in defense for approximately four years before transitioning to plaintiff’s personal injury law. This career shift was driven by her passion for advocating righteously and zealously on behalf of injured victims who deserve justice.

Ashley is committed to honoring each individual client’s story, fighting for what is right, and ensuring that her clients are not disregarded, undervalued, or overlooked by insurance companies. Her dedication to justice has earned her significant recognition in the legal field. She was named a Super Lawyer for 2025 and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2020 and 2021. In 2018, she achieved multiple prestigious distinctions, including Top 100 Verdicts in California, Top 50 Personal Injury Verdicts in California, Top 100 Personal Injury in California, and Top 20 Premises Liability Verdicts in California.

Beyond her legal career, Ashley is also a devoted mother of two teenage athletes.
