His clients encompassed platform companies such as major transportation network companies, rental car firms, design engineering firms, manufacturers, retailers, and transit authorities.

Omid holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Before transitioning to law, Omid accumulated years of experience as a Senior System Analyst and Solution Architect at AT&T. In 2021, Omid earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he received Academic Merit Scholarships, Academic Excellence Award, was recognized for his contributions as the Ombudsman of the Student Bar Association, and graduated with honors in Business Law and Practice area of concentration.
