DIANA DISKIN

Diana Diskin is a trial attorney at Omega Law Group. She specializes in complex and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters, including trucking, motorcycle, premises liability, and sexual abuse cases. During her career, Diana has helped to secure over $200,000,000 in verdicts and settlements, including being a critical part of the trial teams that achieved the third-highest personal injury verdict in California for 2016 and the fifteenth-highest personal injury verdict in California for 2019.

Diana is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). In 2021, she received the CAALA President’s Award for her work on the organization’s Education Committee. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the Belli Society. She has edited and written for the legal journal Advocate, presented multiple seminars for CAALA, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Belli Society, and the TBI Medi-Legal Conference, and has been a guest lecturer at Southwestern School of Law and the University of Southern California. Diana has been named a Rising Star and Super Lawyer, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
