Nicolette Malinoff

Nicolette is a California employment law attorney committed to protecting the rights of workers facing unlawful treatment in the workplace. She focuses on representing employees in cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination and wage and hour violations.

Nicolette earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and received a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Since entering practice, she has developed a reputation for providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and strategic legal representation throughout California.
