Litigation Associate Serving Los Angeles
Cathy Pantelic is a litigation associate at Omega Law Group. Cathy’s practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, general liability, municipal liability, premises liability, and products liability. Prior to joining Omega Law Group, Cathy worked at a civil defense firm where she represented medium and small companies, insurance companies, and private individuals, through all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. Cathy’s time working on defense has given her insight on the opponent’s strategy and evaluation of cases, which she uses to position her clients in place of action rather than reaction. She has a proven track record of successfully handling litigated matters from beginning to end and securing positive outcomes for clients.
Cathy is admitted to practice in California state courts as well as federal district courts in the Central District of California.
Cathy has represented numerous clients through all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. Her time working on defense has given her insight on the opponent’s strategy and evaluation of cases, which she uses to position her clients in place of action rather than reaction.
Education and Achievements
Cathy received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. While in law school, Cathy received a Business and Finance Certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, and played an active role in the International Law Society.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys volunteering at Dress for Success, traveling, golfing, snowboarding, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Cathy is fluent in Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian.
