At Omega Law Group Accident & Injury Attorneys, we teamed up with PATH for the 2025 Meal Kit Giveaway for the Holidays. Our goal was to make sure families in West Carson have what they need for a warm, comforting holiday meal.
This event is our way of helping local families feel a little more supported during a time of year that can be especially stressful. It may seem like a simple gesture, but it lets families know they’re not alone; the community is here to lift them up. Together, we take some of the pressure off families who are struggling and give them a chance to sit down together and enjoy a meal.
As partner Robin Saghian shared, “We know how challenging this time of year can be for many families. Providing a warm meal is a simple way for us to show gratitude and support to the people who make our community strong.” That sense of gratitude is at the heart of this effort; we want families to feel cared for and valued, especially when life is tough.
The Meal Kit Giveaway for the Holidays Event Details
This year’s Meal Kit Giveaway was held in West Carson on Friday, November 14. The event was open to local families who could use a little extra support heading into the holidays. We simply wanted to make sure that anyone facing financial strain, food insecurity, or a tough season has access to a warm holiday meal.
We met a strong turnout, as many families in the area continue to feel the impact of rising living costs and limited resources. Such giveaways help meet a real need in the community by offering a bit of relief and a reminder that people care.

What Each Meal Kit Includes
These kits were about more than just food; we designed them to take the stress out of holiday cooking and make it easier for families to come together around a complete, hearty meal. We’ve included everything from the staples to a few little extras so families can focus on spending time together, sharing laughs, and creating memories.
Each meal kit is packed with everything a family needs to enjoy a warm holiday meal. Families found items like:

- Instant potatoes
- Canned goods
- Baking mix
- Additional seasonal essentials
We hope each kit gives families a bit of comfort and a chance to enjoy the season, no matter the challenges they’re facing. After all, the holidays are about coming together, sharing warmth, and making sure everyone has a seat at the table.

About Our Partner: PATH Making It Home
PATH began in 1984 after Claire and Rev. Charles Orr urged their community to take action on the growing homelessness crisis. What started as a small group handing out food and clothing has grown into a statewide organization built on the Housing First model, helping people secure stable homes before offering additional support.
Today, PATH serves more than 150 cities across California, providing critical services, such as:

- Employment assistance
- Veterans’ support
- Permanent supportive housing
- Rapid rehousing
- Interim housing
- Housing navigation
